October 26, 2011 at 1:05 pmThat backpack will hold my lunchbags for the next three days. This way backcounty adventures wouldn’t have to end after one day 😉 they will become threeday trips!

October 26, 2011 at 4:08 pmThis will be my first time going to the backcountry in whistler. I’ve been snowboarding in the weakest conditions down in so cali and this year will be the first time going down real powder. Safety is everything so I’ll be loading a lot of gear up with me so my friends and I can have our own ‘CVS/Walmart’ in our backpacks.

October 27, 2011 at 11:47 amI need this pack so I won’t keep losing my stuff!

October 27, 2011 at 9:05 pmI love backcountry and I normally end up going into the backcountry all day when I do get the chance too. The backpack that I have now is way to small carrying all my equipment around. This backpack would be a huge improvement and I would definitely be able to carry more into my backcountry trips. Awesome contest and prize though and congrats to whoever wins it

October 27, 2011 at 9:17 pmI don’t need this backpack but my little “snowboarding bunny” daughter does! She has been working her butt off to get herself through nursing school for 4 1/2 years and is almost there. She graduates December 16th and this backpack would be such an awesome surprise gift to give to her so she can pack it up and head on up to the slopes to blow some steam! Poor girl has been working full time as a Adult Psych Care Aide for minimum wage, getting kicked in the face, and sworn at daily, while studying hard to finish strong in nursing school. She really does deserve to have an awesome backpack like this to throw her favorite gear and ipod into and hit the slopes!! Thanks for the chance. Love Mom a.k.a. October 27, 2011 at 9:38 pmI need this backpack because last winter I was helping out at a youth snowboard event in Kamloops, BC, Canada and someone broke into our van and stole all of our gear. Nearly $7000 worth of boards, boots, bindings, cameras, computers, packs, clothes, and other things. Anyways, my pack was stolen along with the other stuff and I’m still yet to replace it. I’ve been using just a normal backpack and it is terrible to ride with, just bounces around all over the place. I would love to have a good riding back again!

October 27, 2011 at 9:43 pmI need this backpack because its my cat’s birthday.

October 27, 2011 at 10:11 pmI think you should give select to give me the pack because it is tough doing back country riding with out on. I have had to resort to borrowing a pack from one of my friends or stuffing my pockets full! Having this pack will let me put those things in the bag and not have to worry about them inhibiting my movement as I carve the fresh pow! Plus it with the straps on it I’d be able to attach my trekking poles for the decent and board too it so I don’t need to carry it in my hands on the accent. It would be awesome to win this so I can save some money for more trips into the back country.

October 27, 2011 at 10:34 pmIf I win this backpack I will then be able to afford a new K2 Raygun snowboard!

October 28, 2011 at 12:11 amI need this bag so I can carry the gear needed to dig myself out of deep pow.

October 28, 2011 at 12:52 amThis year’s gonna be fast and furious! There’s USASA riding, mammoth, big bear, mt high, mtn biking, triathlons, training with TEAM in Training, and many more adventures to look forward to this winter. Keeping it all in this Liz/life-proof pack would be a great help. Not only are the contests interesting, but the responses are entertaining too. Rock on Shay!

October 28, 2011 at 2:23 amBecause oddly enough, my igloo isn’t big enough to fit all my stuff. I need the extra little bit of space that only a backpack can give.

October 28, 2011 at 2:29 ami want this to store all those things I can’t keep in pockets.

October 28, 2011 at 3:47 amPlain and simple, I just need all the help I can get to look cool on and off the slopes! :o)

October 29, 2011 at 12:11 amI need this pack for two reasons:
1) I have been doing small back country expeditions over the past 2 years and now have the opportunity to go for longer treks and bigger lines which means that i need the equipment to suit.
2) I have been following and trusting your reviews for the past few years and winning this pack would take the anxiety out of choosing the backpack that will hold all of the equipment that could save my life.
so please please please bestow this backpack to me!

October 29, 2011 at 7:07 amI really need this back pack. During the summer, my friends and I hike up glaciers to ride down. The back pack I have is totally inadequate for the job. My board hits the back of my legs leaving black bruises and charlie horses. We try to do this once a month, every month for the entire year. During the winter we just go to resorts, but there are a couple of places I would like to go that require hiking. I am a single mom, barely making ends meet and cannot buy a better back pack. Please choose me. 🙂

October 29, 2011 at 7:32 amI need this bag b/c I will never join the 1% of snowboarders who will actually use all these features. I like the 99% will ride powder but never go to the backcountry where I would have need of a shovel. One day I aspire to be a part of the 1% where I would need a shovel and ice axe so I can dig myself out of an avalanche and conquer mother nature.

October 29, 2011 at 8:17 amWould need it for some epic backcountry riding now that I have a real job…probably my one or two real trips this year.

Thanks Shay!

October 29, 2011 at 8:34 amMy old pack is falling apart. This new one looks like it has all the features I need.

October 29, 2011 at 9:10 amI need this bag so that I have a place to keep my avy tools and straps that actually work. My black diamond is toast…… So help me to continue earning my turns instead of lapping the lifts.
Thanks Shay

October 29, 2011 at 9:41 ami need this bag because last night i pissed on my current backpack.

October 29, 2011 at 9:42 amThis would be my first backpack! It would really help with bringing all the stuff I need to ride the slopes and the powder in Portes Du Soleil, Switzerland this winter! So basically, all I need is this backpack and lots of fresh pow! (And a shovel and a beeper and….) 😀

October 29, 2011 at 9:43 amI love K2 and this bag would be perfect for the snowboarding and even just as a good backpacking bag. Can be used anywhere and at anytime. Plus the quality of K2 products is durable and built to last. LOVE IT 🙂

October 29, 2011 at 9:43 amI need this backback ’cause I’m too young for working and I need a good backpack for freeride and hiking…and that’s my only chance to get one!
Cheers

We have a crazy fun time and it would be awesome to have this spiffy pack! Thanx Shay! Whooohoo! ps I’m in Boston and its supposed to snow tonight!! Bring it on!

October 29, 2011 at 9:48 amI need a backpack to complete my backcountry kit. I have a new K2 Panoramic Split, along with brand new K2 Maysis boots. It will also house the shovel and the probe that I recently bought, along with tools and extra googles and a water/snack.

October 29, 2011 at 9:49 amok. I need the bag because i am the guy who take all Stuff of my Dudes if we are in the mountains, and for a few days my old bag is destroyed, because i had packed too many things of me and my Dudes into the Bag by the last session.

October 29, 2011 at 9:49 amineed this back pack more than anyone else purely because my heart desires it more than any other reason.

October 29, 2011 at 9:49 amWhy Because I am a non-stop shedder, I stride for first and last chair everyday, and don’t stop for breaks, it would nice to carry everything in a pack instead of cramming everything into my pockets.
Andrew Marshall
October 29, 2011 at 9:52 amJust moved out to Colorado from the Ice Coast and am read to shred some back-country. A backpack would be especially helpful for hiking Loveland pass, not to mention all the other endless CO terrain! Plus, it would match nicely with my K2 Fastplant or 07 K2 Believer! Not to mention I’m too broke to get my own pack 🙁
Daniel
October 29, 2011 at 9:52 amI should get this bag, because you should better give it to me, than to any vagabond.
…and because my Nixon bag sucks for winter sports.

October 29, 2011 at 9:52 amI need this backpack since I broke my last one and need something for carrying my crap out in the wilderness!
Seth
October 29, 2011 at 9:53 amI need this pack because I just started boarding and I need a pack for all my gear so I can hit up the backcountry all winter. Also, I am a broke college student so I can’t affor a new one.

October 29, 2011 at 9:58 amMy old one shoulder straps are torn up from my snowboard edge rubbing on to it (old one doesn’t have horizontal carry). I need new one to travel to Finland for the Deaf World Snowboarding Championship and I will be rocking it for upcoming Tailgate event in springs! Viva La A-ROB!
Ben Datres
October 29, 2011 at 9:59 amI really need this backpack because I have never had an actual snowboarding backpack. It gets annoying trying to fit all of your stuff your bringing to the hill in a regular school backpack. Also this way I can keep all my gear together and not lose any of it.
Thu Tran
October 29, 2011 at 10:00 amSo I can hold my board vertically instead of horizontally and hitting everyone when I try to walk through a crowd haha!
Stephen Prudente
October 29, 2011 at 10:01 amI need this bag to hold all my GoPro gear, and my life long goal is to become a sponsored rider and it would help a lot, especially to hold my filming gear, etc. Also my old backpack was torn due to a complex concussion which almost left me dead, with 1 small brain tear, 3 bruises on the brain, my brain itself was swollen, bleeding around the brain, and 1 blood clot. So i would really love it to replace my old bag with a K2 bag. Also ill be using the bag to hold first aid kits/supplies due to my ability to injury myself frequently (bad luck).

October 29, 2011 at 10:03 amI’m living in almost bankrupt country and where the nearest slopes are at least 10hours drive by car. Plus, this year, I’ll get cut two month salaries and -10% of the average monthly salary.
However, no one will keep me away from the slopes or the feeling of powder in the mornings.
This pack would be *very* useful to replace my old one that is falling apart. It would help me transport my gear, when I need to stay a few miles/kms away because I can’t afford a closer hotel. And will definitely help me transport food and drinks that are so overpriced if you buy them in the slopes.
But you know what? I don’t actually *need* this backpack. I’m going anyway! 😀
Joanna
October 29, 2011 at 10:03 amGot a bunch of avalanche gear that doesnt fit into my old pack and unfortunatly its time for that pack to retire anyways, but a new pack would be awesome. Especially since my mountain has 300 avalanche paths in bounds, so something to carry that stuff in would be great

October 29, 2011 at 10:22 amI Need this Amazing backpack for many reasons! 1. I dont even have a backpack and look like a total noob going to, and on, the mountain. 2 I am on Jr ski patrol (for the chosen elite, to someday, when able to get EMT certified, Protect the amazing people of skiing and snow boarding and to save lives Every Single Day!) and will need a pack for carrying more medical supplies so that i do not fail the people of the mountain. And 3. Its a pretty sleek and stylish pack that is not to flashy but boldly says “Hey World, I know what i want in life and I get it Done!”
Aino
October 29, 2011 at 10:23 amI need this backpack because I only have too big or too small backpacks rigth now. My backpacks are old and almost broken. Everything I need would fit inside this K2 backpack. This backpack would be awesome when I go snowboarding or when I go for an adventure with my friends! When I’m snowboarding this backpack would be nice, because then, I would have a K2 snowboard and a K2 backpack. If I would get this backpack I would save money and then I’ll have money to buy lots of other things. This backpack would also survive in the cold weathers of Finland. It has started snowing and I can’t wait for snow so I can go snowboarding. So give me that backpack and I’ll take it with me when I go snowboarding the first time this winter!! I would be so happy!!
