September 27, 2011 at 5:26 amBaker!
We are spending several months on the West Coast this year, and even with some very large resorts on the roster, lil’ Baker is calling us back. We hit it for the first time ever two years back, and it was instantly obvious why it spawned so many inovators. Back to Baker!

September 28, 2011 at 10:41 amThe place is only as good as you make it, this year I’m excited to do just that. First year on a college campus and I’ve already scouted out the place at least ten times to find the biggest drop offs best ramps and longest rails. I’m sure I’ll get a season pass and hit up seven springs as well, but there is nothing like making the best of natural park terrain.

September 28, 2011 at 2:56 pmBrighton is my home… but I can’t wait to get back on the mountain, wherever it is. I shattered my elbow, lacerated my spleen and bruised my liver and kidney at the end of last season. Needless to say my summer has pretty much sucked. I’m at about 80% now. I might make a trip up to Targhee in February, which is always a treat.
Site looks great as always, way to go Shay!

September 29, 2011 at 8:55 pmHey Everyone! The trip I am most excited about is my new years snowboarding trip with my sister Sam, every year she comes home from Iraq for a few days to be with our family over Christmas. She isn’t in the army anymore but she is still in Iraq working for a private contractor.
She is the one who got me into snowboarding and it was the first thing we ever bonded over. About four years ago my best friend and my boyfriend picked up me Sam on New Years day and we all went out to the mountain. It was the first and last time we were all together. Every year my sister and my boyfriend and I go back to the mountain and snowboard all night and have a drink for our friend Adam. It always snows when we are there, and being on the mountain at night with the lights reminds me of my very first time night snowboarding with Sam, Josh, and Adam. I can’t wait for Sam to come home and hurry back to the mountain. This is the trip I am the most excited about this year! Can’t wait to breath the cold night air and watch the snow falling in the huge bright lights 🙂

September 29, 2011 at 9:25 pmI look forward to going to Whistler this Christmas! Being in LA I enjoy the park at Mt. High but I would like to experience some real world-class snow this year.

September 29, 2011 at 9:41 pmI’m so stoked for my first ever trip to Vail Resorts in Colorado! I live in Washington, and have been snowboarding the local mountains, including Crystal, Stevens, and Baker, and the annual Whistler trip. But Vail?! Yahoo!
And how exciting to be able to keep track of my vertical feet, # of runs made, and uploading photos with #EPICMIX app. I’m banking on the fact that this is going to be another EPIC season.
I want that bag – it will make packing for my trip so convenient!

September 30, 2011 at 4:34 amSick giveaway Shay!
I just planned a Trip to Kicking Horse in Jan. Also have a annual Epic mega long wknd in Massif on the East Coast. I ride a DH normally and figured who better to get his hands on a Ride bag. lol.
Well, i’m stoked for Kicking Horse for sure. Spending 12 days isolated on the mountain. We’ve got out guide money and heli/cat money all banked up. So from now on, its just killing time till January rolls around. Until then, i’ll just keep reading your blogs 🙂
