Summer is almost here and each day on the mountain is a constant reminder how quickly the snow is melting. Main Park was once buried in feet of snow is now patches of dirt and Forest Trail is barely holding on. There’s a mud lake next to it just so you don’t forget how quickly it goes. But it’s fun to enjoy while it lasts! I headed out to the slopes to help with shadowing lift crew for the afternoon.
I took a couple laps and ended up watching Nate Shute film Arbor Rider Pat Reddy on the big jump. Good to talk with them and see Pat continue to stomp his tricks.
Of course after snowboarding, ending the day at the driving range is always a blast. Gotta say, Mammoth living ain’t bad.
