Burton Bindings & Boots 2011-2012

Burton Snowboards is the biggest name in snowboarding with a collection of snowboard gear that often outnumbers everyone else in the market.  Their bindings and boots feature a variety of designs with support and responses depending how you like them.  Each of these determine the relationship between the rider and the board in order to drive the board down the mountain.

Burton bindings comes in three different mounting categories:  EST, Re:Flex and Disc.  EST works with only with the channel and features no baseplate so you have natural board flex, Re-Flex remains compatible with all mounting systems with a minimized, cored baseplate and disc is a consistent flex and feel through, compatible with all mounting systems for bomber strength.  New for bindings is the heel hammock, a rubbery material for extra response and the hinge which allows the heelhoop and baseplate to move independently.

In both women’s boots and bindings, they come in true fit which means every element was designed and engineered for the way women ride.

Burton boots offer the total comfort construction in some models so right out of the box, they are instantly broken in and eliminates the break in period.  The crossbone design balances free flexing mobility of an articulating cuff with the lateral support of ultra light jumper cables, giving more pop and press while being tweak friendly.

Burton Diode EST

The hinge is an all new Burton exclusive technology that allows the heelhoop and baseplate to move independently for a never-before-felt lateral flex.  The hinge flexes dynamically with your leg, for increased food rolls and more powerful ollies.
