The storm took off and the sun came back out in Mammoth for a tuesday shred session. I headed out for a couple lunch laps with the skier to enjoy the soft snow and sunshine on the mountain. It’s hard to stay inside all day when the mountain is just outside the doors and it feels so good to lap the nearby lifts quickly.

We made a couple laps in South Park hitting the 18 foot pipe and the jib park (which is a bit above my level). I always take out the photo for capturing the skier since he hits the bigger rail lines than I do. A couple laps in Main Park were perfection with the park set up the same from Grand Prix slopestyle. They haven’t changed a thing and that means everyone can ride the course that was in Grand Prix.
