Everyone has favorite things in their life; usually the items that we can’t leave home without because they matter so much to us. Pro-snowboarder Danny Davis has some amazing favorite things like a Burton/Mountain Dew snowboard, an Alien Workshop complete skate set-up, a Martin acoustic guitar and a set of FRENDS headphones – and you these could be yours!
One of you will be able to win his favorite things and make them your own but in order to win, you’ve gotta show us what your favorite things are in a photo or video. Be creative when you showcase them (because everyone likes creativity). This contest is open to those in the US only.

Steps to win the Danny Davis Favorite Things
1. Think of your top four favorite things that you can show us.
2. Take your favorite things and put together either a video or photo showcasing what they are. Make it fun and creative because you know…it’s way radder that way.
2. Create an image or video using everything in #1 and upload to a hosting site like photobucket/vimeo/whatever.
3. Leave a comment with your name, email address and the link to your entry.
4. You must leave a comment with your entry by midnight (PST) on Thursday, February 17. I’ll select and announce a winner on Friday, February 18.
5. Add Danny’s favorite things to your collection of favorite things when you win!

Four things I love miraculously converged on the same day for me – two days ago – and are summed up in one photo, no editing needed:
1. 55* bluebird days on the mountain.
2. Snow.
3. My 4 year old.
4. My 4 year old taking his first skiing lesson, loving it, and graduating to the next level.

1. My trusty Snaggle Tooth jacket – I can never travel without it.
2. My $1 beanie from the local thrift store; pre-stretched over years of use to fit my large head.
3. Music – I would go insane without being able to listen to music. And I guess one working eat bud is better than none.
4. Winter – the biggest part of my life and what I chased around the world for four years non-stop. Since it’s currently about 90°F outside, the snow in the glass has now turned into water… sorry.

1 – Snowboarding, had to use my 1990 Kemper Screamer for this pic.

Jumping – Usually on my snowboard over some nice little booters, but we are in hot and dry Costa Rica right now, so a pile of surfboards was the closest thing I could find.

Music – gotta wake up to it every day, and I still buy CDs AND records, can’t live without it.
Tattoos – I have about 60 hours of color work done, I love the adrenaline rush, and the artwork is beautiful and lasts a life time. Currently working ona full back piece!
My new car – 2011 Subaru WRX, car is fast as hell and sounds amazing with the STI cat back exhaust… upgrade to the STI next time??

2. My snowboard-Without my snowboard, none of these exhilarating adventures would’ve happened! Thanks for the adrenaline rushes!
3. BagJump-the greatest inflatable of all time! threw my first backflip on hill!
4. Foam Pits-my favorite use of foam: put it in a tub and throw anything into it!
