Mammoth 12/13/10

Usually Mondays are impossible to get out on the slopes because of work and getting things done for the week ahead but today it was a good time to take a break, finish up some footage for the Mammoth video and get some quick turns in.  Over the weekend I went out with Mammoth’s snow reporter Ashley and filmer Justin to ride in one of the groomer web videos.  Some of the footage from Saturday’s groomers ended up being on the Anaheim Duck’s game in a commercial about Mammoth so that was rad to see.

We took a couple laps on the runs we needed to get and then headed through the Forest Trail Park for a couple laps. Had my first good crash in the jump line.  I’m feeling more comfortable but also still needed to step it up on jumps more often.
