If you venture into Silverton, Colorado you’ll find yourself surrounded by rugged mountain peaks and a snowboard company loyal to making tracks down the slopes whether it’s from the chairlift or earning your turns. Venture Snowboards is true to their name and each year ventures into the mountains by making a collection of three models with a simple snowflake as the graphic.
For 10-11, venture offers the three models in regular or splitboard and all the models feature some mix of the rocker/flat profile depending on the board function. The three models are Zephyr-R (All Mountain), Storm-R (Big Mountain Freeride) and Helix-R (Big Mountain Twin). Venture also keeps with their environmental committment by using a pine-based bio epoxy, using Forest Stewardship Council certified hardwoods and by powering their factory with wind.

Second: They’ll no longer be making their Euphoria line of powder boards? That’s sad.

April 2, 2011 at 3:45 pmHey how’s things? I’m looking for a splitboard setup, I currently ride NSLotus157. I ride big mountain, and also patrol on the board. Any suggestions? Do you know of any setups for sale currently? Cheers
