It’s the time of year before the first drop of snow touches down in the mountains when the riders, filmmakers and shred enthusiasts head indoors to watch the snowboard films for the upcoming season.
Premiere season is just starting in Colorado and the snowboarders will start coming out of the woodwork to attend some awesome shred flicks, maybe get some swag and start counting down the minutes before the season begins.
Here’s a couple film premieres coming up in Colorado within the next couple weeks that I’ll be making my way down to check out, see them on the big screen and support the shred flick movement before they come out on dvd.
At Once Productions “High Life”
Bringing the CO snowboarding to life
Standard Films “Black Winter”
The teaser scared me into making sure I saw it
Absinthe Films “Neverland”
Every year a solid film from Absinthe, really looking forward to Neverland and the festivities before the premiere.
Other films I’m looking forward to are Think Thanks Cool Story, Sandbox’s Shine On, Alterna Films Elektro and LaFamiglia’s Serious…Not!
If you happen to make it to the snowboard premiere, look for me and come say hi! If you aren’t able to make it, what snowboard films are you looking forward to for the 09-10 season?

Nice Ali that they are stopping near you. I love the premiere tours, definitely worth checking out.
Burrito. Awesome! Looking forward to hearing how you like it! The line up for Absinthe is always amazing and especially I always look forward to Annie Boulanger’s part which holds up against the boys parts.
I’ll be at the Beaver Creek Absinthe premiere if anyone is planning on attending that one.
