Two months ago I was approached by WOM World/Nokia to be part of nationwide media collage featuring 20 diverse bloggers documenting their lives. Like everyone, I work a job but I make sure I play a lot on snow. I agreed to showcase my world, giving Nokia a glimpse into what most of my readers already see daily: The world of snowboarding through fembot eyes.
My life is like living in a snowglobe, snow constantly falling and isolated from the hustle and bustle living. I am lucky to live in a location that people pay to travel to, but I call it home. In the end, I’m just living here writing about snowboarding and sharing my passion for it.
As part of this initiative, I get to use a Nokia 6650 to try out on snow. Taking any phone on snow can be hit or miss so I’m looking forward to seeing how it goes.
The Nokia Chronicles has now launched giving 3 bloggers each week a showcase to their life. I’m in Chapter 3 of the chronicles and my life will be showcased December 15-21st so I can’t wait to see how it comes together and I hope you guys check it out.
