This review will be updated throughout the season as I demo and test more 08/09 bindings. Each review is judged by the same standard and for the majority of reviews I used my own boots (some exceptions).
About me as a snowboarder:
- I’m coming up on my 15th season snowboarding.
- I am a freerider (I ride trees, powder, steeps, groomers, natural terrain) and I ride halfpipe.
- I am 5’6″ and typically ride a 158cm for my all mountain board, my powder board is a 161 or 164cm and my park board is a 155cm. I weigh about 200lbs give or take.
- I am a regular rider with a 22 inch width, +15, -15 stance angles.
- I wear size 8 womens snowboard boots and feel comfortable riding both men’s and women’s bindings.
My opinion is only my opinion…of how these bindings rode. Take it as you want. If you are looking for more binding reviews, go here

because I was all thinking that the way a snowboard rides has more to do with weight than height and then you’d chick(en) out and be all “f you!” on some “you don’t ask a lady that” and I’d be all “yeah see you’re all puffpiece sorvin them up fake extreme journalist you aint down for the info just the freeflow” and I’d be internet winnar but you callt my bluff.
foiled again.
FULL_DISCLOSURE: I weigh 180 but am skippin ropes and looking to make weight before state.

October 8, 2008 at 2:02 pmhahaha nah I’m honest with it, for the snowboard reviews it’s a huge part…not so much the binding reviews that’s why I didn’t include it yet.
I don’t deny that I am a curvy woman…there’s a reason I can ride both men’s and women’s models and I have the weight to back it up.

November 24, 2008 at 3:42 amWhat bindings did you prefer most out of all the ones you tested? What bindings do you ride regularly? thanks.

November 24, 2008 at 9:43 amI am spending the most time on Raiden Tigre’s right now, but I also have union contacts that I’ll soon be trading out for Union Force SL’s.
Can’t really say one i preferred most…they all offer up something different to consider.
