Omatic has gone super-NOVA

Have you ever just sat under a shaded tree contemplating the meaning of it all? Yeah me neither. However, I have had some pretty profound ideas while sitting on the toilet. What in the wide world of sports does this have to do with anything? Maybe nothing, maybe everything. Deep, huh?

Anyhow, It is with great pleasure that Omatic Snowboards welcomes Michael Casanova to the family!

While most of you have been bronzing the summer away, we at Omatic have been busy at work adding one of snowboarding’s best rail crushers to the team.

Originally from Hudson WI, now living in Breckenridge CO, Nova has been winning rail events and turning heads on the scene for years.

This past season, Mike has been concentrating on his video part with the Pirate Movie Production crew, throwing himself onto scary, hard, sharp, metal, pointy things, with stairs underneath and twirling over scary, hard, sharp, pointy things with rocks underneath. As if that’s not enough Nova recently took top honors at the Dew Tour rail jam in Portland, OR this past weekend.

“I’m so amped to have Nova as part of the program, I think that he fits the whole scene very nicely.” says Omatic Snowboards cofounder/owner/rider/janitor/team manager, Todd Richards.

“It’s amazing to now be part of a team with others that I have looked up to for so long” Says Michael Casanova.

Well Nova we at Omatic can tell you this, you are one tall mambajamma so we will be looking up to you, literally, for some time to come.
