Replacing a BOA lace

Months ago I had one reader ask about BOA and mention that his local shops were not familiar with the system. So the idea came forward about visiting BOA and making a video that would show how to fix a broken lace if it happened on the BOA boot. I’ve never had my cable break and I wanted to learn as well.
Ilya Minkin from BOA is demonstrating in the video on the different BOA and each way to fix & replace the laces.

Thanks! I think it’s great to have out there just in case of something happening and I’m a more visual person so it’s good to see it done than read about it.

I put it on youtube as well here

If BOA was garbage, companies wouldn’t pay to use it and people wouldn’t keep buying it. I’ve kept to BOA boots since 02 because I like it.

awesome video. for the record the tool used in the video is a very small allen wrench. found a small one in my basement and fixed my laces myself in less than 5 minutes. thanks guys!
