Months ago I had one reader ask about BOA and mention that his local shops were not familiar with the system. So the idea came forward about visiting BOA and making a video that would show how to fix a broken lace if it happened on the BOA boot. I’ve never had my cable break and I wanted to learn as well.
Ilya Minkin from BOA is demonstrating in the video on the different BOA and each way to fix & replace the laces.

If BOA was garbage, companies wouldn’t pay to use it and people wouldn’t keep buying it. I’ve kept to BOA boots since 02 because I like it.

January 13, 2011 at 4:05 pmawesome video. for the record the tool used in the video is a very small allen wrench. found a small one in my basement and fixed my laces myself in less than 5 minutes. thanks guys!
